MASTER THE SCIENCE OF MOVEMENT OPTIMIZATION AND RECOVERY

In a post-pandemic environment, clinicians are looking for practical, live / in-person education. A return to live education marks a return to a learning environment that reinforces skills and knowledge in a “real-time” environment while connecting with great educators and other like-minded professionals.

At The Movement Mojo, our educational mission is simple – provide the clinician, trainer and manual therapist with cutting-edge strategies aimed at complementing every manual therapist’s toolbox. Educational opportunities should challenge and cement a refined skill set that can be applied confidently and safely Monday morning.

Every patient is an athlete. Whether a high-performance athlete or a recreational competitor at any age, we are connected by the singular quest to optimize pain free movement. The goal of the Performance Manual Therapy Education Series is to provide practitioners with an evidenced based approach to learning. There is a focus on both theory and practice, so students understand the science behind every practice and how to effectively sequence and apply each practice to serve patients and athletes.

The Performance Manual Therapy Course reveals …

  • How a pre- and post- activity / competition manual therapy practice can serve every patient and athlete
  • How to practically and safely apply a pre- and post- activity / competition treatment sequence to optimize performance and recovery
  • The science behind tape and floss band application
  • Why and how tape and floss bands can become one of your most powerful tools in promoting mobility, motor control and performance

Learning Objectives

  • Students will develop an appreciation for the strategic application of a pre- and post- activity / competition manual therapy approach
  • Clinicians will refine and “put into practice” a comprehensive pre- and post- activity / competition practice
  • Students will develop a comprehensive understanding around the science of kinesiology tape and floss band application
  • Practitioners will build and refine a skill set that promotes effective application of tape and floss bands to promote optimal function at each joint complex.
